Preferred Agent Plan includes these added Benefits & Broker Services:
Professional Agent Plan: Starts at a 80% Agent commission split each calendar year & increases up to 95% as charted below.
Professional Agent Plan is available for those Agents that already have their own customer service and marketing systems in place. Office desk space is available on a limited basis. Professional Agent Commission Scale Up to $1m = 80% to Agent $1m to $2m = 85% to Agent $2m to $3m = 90% to Agent Over $3m = 95% to Agent
Executive Agent Plan: Starts at a 90% Agent commission split each calendar year & increases up to 95% as charted below.
Executive Agent Plan includes all of the same Broker services as the Professional Agent Plan plus enjoy a private executive office space for you and/or your team which includes desk, chair, internet & phone for a monthly fee of $350 or share an office space with another agent for a monthly fee of $200 or Assigned Desk Space for $100 a month. Need space for your whole team, double room office space also available for $425 a month.
