Below is an outline of local charges for some of the inspections you may deem necessary: Termite Inspection: (Average costs $25-$50) Will usually bill you via HUD at closing.
Home Inspection - (Average costs $190 - $400) To be paid same day or soon after.
Septic Inspection - (Average costs to pump and certify - $125-$160) Accept CC by phone.
Survey (Costs depends on size of property – Average costs for ¼ - ½ Acre lot $225-$375)
Appraisal (Average costs depends upon size of home, etc. - $250 - $500)
